Micron master 440 drive Parameter upload by Drive Monitor

micron_761 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	I have MM440 drive connected on the profibus with S7 416 PLC. I want to upload the parameters from drive to PC by drive monitor software (V5.4). I connected terminal 29 & 30 to "RS 485-RS 232" convertor and then serial cable to PC on which Drive Monitor installed . But i couldn't able to make it online through USS online connection. I tried with different baud rate too. Can any one guide me how to upload the MM440 parameters through drive monitor ? Thanks

Darch Posts: 25 Rating: (1)	if you connect the drive by Profibus you cab directly upload the parameter by Drive Monitor but you should have Drive ES soft wear. you can use another program to upload from MM440 directly (STARTER) instead of Drive Monitor.

Wishme Posts: 80 Rating: (5)	Dear Micron, Darch is right u can use STARTER software with USB MPI adapter(if u don't have Serial port) to upload/download the parameter sets to/from MM440. Regards, Vishal Parmar.
