WinCC flex cant communicate with PLCSIM

I get the error 140013 that means he cant find the PLC. PLCSIM does work well because i can simulate my PLC project in step 7. I'am working on windows 7 Proffesional SP 1. PLCSIM version is 5.3 SP1. And WinCC Flex 2008 sp2 update 10. Step 7 v5.5. I can get it to work to set all applications in compatibility mode ' xp SP3'. But then i have the problem is can't archive or retrieve projects. Everything is set to MPI. And the simulation does work well on a other PC with windows 7. ps. sorry for my bad english.

Take it in mind existing version of software. So, give us details about error regards archieve/retrieve projects. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Also if you switch between compatibilety mode you need to reopen the projects manualy. I did check this out first if i could solve this problem but i found on the siemens website there is no fix for it.

See these links: Which version of STEP 7 is compatible with which version of Microsoft Windows operating system? With what are SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008, 2007, 2005 and 2004 compatible? Service Pack 1 of Windows 7 is not released. You will need Step 7 v5.5 SP1 (Which is not available yet) Best regards, Wizard
