Since the customer insist in using SC library which I never used before, I need to ask for anyone who been using this library before, regarding changeover (SC_AGGR). I understand the function of the block is to make changeover based on two criteria, either runtime hours or master changeover timer.

I need to use criteria no 2 which is master changeover. I think I've configured it nicely but after preset hour it won't changeover to other aggregate. I monitored this for two days with different configurations but still, it just won't change to the other one.

Any help on this is very much appreciated.
