Thanks but when i try to open a new project when another is already open the program ask me to close the open one.So i fegure out somthing else.I save the blocks that i want to transfer to a library folder and from thear iinsert them to the new project.

One note:

this will work only if the both projects are the same version, otherwise copying will be disabled (even from lower to higher version won't work).

Checked with TIA Portal 12, projects v11 & v12.

 you may consider the possibility of opening tia portal two+ times.
