I guess you want 151-7 CPU to be a slave to 416-3 CPU. First of all you should assign in S7-400 nhardware configuration that S7-400 will be a Master with address 'X". After in your project in Simatic Manager - > Insert New Object - > Simatic 300 Station. And double click in Hardware. In hardware configuration go to selected in hardware catalog 151-7 CPU and double click on it.(directly there, no rack). Add there all the SMs. Assign MPI/DP interface that will be connected to the same Profibus as in S7-400 with own address 'Y". Save and compile it. Return back to S7-400 hardware configuration. Select from catalog Profibus DP->Configured Station-> ET200S CPU and double click it in order to add it on a profibus network like slave. Automatically there should be recognized that there exist a 151-7 CPU with suggestion for coupling...
