Greeting, Can i diagnose CPU 6ES7 414-3XM05-0AB0 V5.3 status with System Diagnostic V4.0 or is require V5.0...??? when i start the wincc runtime CPUDIAG the ocx window show a mwssage "CPU connection broken" Could you explain how can i configure the FB 432 to get the date for CPU 400 Diagnostic..??? please describe the parameter for FB 432 see attached..
