In simatic manager it s possible to compare offline/online blocks but this not include the IHM comparison. Is there a checksum or a way to be sure that the ihm onlineis up to date with programm saved ? Thanks

This is not possible. You can make a backup of a touch panelwith the program called Prosave. Or you can make a backup of a touch panel to a storage card.
