Evelyne Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Hello, Is it possible to open a (not archieved) S7-300 project directly from windows explorer? I would like to make a excel sheet with an yperlink toeach PLC-project in the factory. So if the maintenance clicks on the hyperlink, the S7 project is directly openend. The raison for this: each PLC has a unique number for engineering. The maintenance has difficulties to find the right PLC... Thanks, Evelyne

playerslight Posts: 1064 Rating: (72)	In C:\Program Files\SIEMENS\STEP7\S7Proj under the directory name of your program look for the .s7p file and change it to open with s7 manager then it should work I tried it andI could open the the program by double clicking it
