I agree with Aret. That code does not look like proper SCL code. It looks like someone has tried to translate it to SCL from another language and not made a very good job of doing so. My guess is that it maybe started life as some 'c' code as the '^' operator is a bitwise exclusive OR. I don't have any e-book references. However, the book "Automating with STEP 7 in STL and SCL" is a very good reference. A have this book and it has proved to be very useful. |
