Step 7 Tag Comments to WinCC Flex 2008

MikeTheSmith Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	I am trying to find out if there is a way to transfer tag comments to view at WinCC Flex 2008 during runtime. I'm not sure if this is possible or even if the tag comments are stored in the PLC. Any advice or information would be appreciated, I am using an MP277 and a 317 cpu running step 7 v5.4 Thanks

MikeTheSmith Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Thanks for the quick reply. I have had a look at the link but it doesn't really help with what I am after. There is a comment field for tags created in step 7. I would like to view that comment for a particular tag from an MP277 hmi running WinCC Flex 2008. I do not have a problem viewing the tag itself, just hoping that there was a way to view the comment as I would like to a description of a tag to be visible at the hmi. Does anyone know if there is a way to read the Step7 tag comment within Step7 and pass it to a buffer tag to the HMI?
