In my system 3 the screen is not geting ON so how to come out of this . I tried clear procedure as follow but couldnt suceed. A. CLEAR MEMORY PROCEDURE 1 STEP: "CANCEL"+2 2 STEP: "CANCEL"+3 3 STEP: "CANCEL"+4 B. NC INITIALIZE PROCEDURE 1 STEP "input"+5 2 STEP "input"+8 My system double nc model(comprise nc1 and nc2) Even I change the CPU board, & also the interace IO card(flat cable) between CRT & rack. Plz reply

Gebhardt Karl Posts: 1502 Rating: (176)	Hi It is a long time before. ( To check/repair a System 3). (And you have a 3TT - System ) Do you have an connector "NC ON" on/in the Sinumerik. (In/On the Power-Unit) What LEDs are ligth on the screen. What LEDs are light PLC. The screen working ? Regards Karl

The Screen is not getting On both PLC are in run mode but NC & screen is not ready. O.K. rageshwari This problem is common to all machine plz help/.. More machines ? I am sure that data is loss I have copied eprom to ram PLC program but what about screen it is not giving anything.No led on screen are blinking .the led blinks on screen only when the i press cancel key + 2,3,4 & input key + 5, 8 ..Even I have change operator interface card & NC perphery interafce card too. What is the solution now.We have change the battery also.I am attaching the rack picture in power ON condition plz look into it. Waiting for your reply. Attachment Photo-0263.jpg (568 Downloads)

Here you can find the differents types of cable. (DSub 9, Dsub25 . . .) Additional can you find the parameter for the System 3 - Parameters. (Baudrate, parity, stopbits . . . ) Regards Karl
