This alarm is seems to be a little to general.See the atachment to see is helpfull.

Did you test to remove the I/O board, clean it and put it again?

Ifsome pin of the connection is broken or damaged, or the I/O board has dust the drive can trip fault F0022.

Also you can do the motor data identification with P1910.

Regards.

Please verify that that there is no loose wirein the input contactor.If one of the three phases is loose then F0022 can be generated.
