MM440 Porfibus communication

Dear sir,

i'm communicating MM440 200kw drive with Alen bradly PLC through Profibus network,

Communication Establised between Drive to PLC.

i need to communicate below parameter from MM440 drive.

Parameter Address	Parameter name	Drive Configuration	Status
r0021	Act. Filtered Frequency	P2051(0)=21	Value ok
r0025	Act. Output voltage	P2051(1)=25	Value ok
r0026	DC link Voltage	P2051(1)=26	Value ok
r0027	Current	P2051(1)=27	Value ok
r0032	Power	P2051(1)=32	Value Not ok
r0038	Power factor	P2051(1)=38	Value not ok
r0039	Energy (KWH)	P2051(1)=39	value not ok
r0031	Torque	P2051(1)=31	value ok

Frequency, voltage, current and torque value's reading Properly in PLC,

but Power and Energy value not reading properly value's are different from drive & PLC,

Please guide me to solve the problem,

Which control Mode you are using? According to Manual, power factor will show when V/f control is selected in P1300 (control mode); otherwise, the display shows the value 1, and Energy reading is depends upon powerfactor so that will be differ too Regards, Devesh Vithani

These include 32 (power) and 39 (kWh used - on MM430, MM436 and MM440). All other permissible parameters may be transmitted without problem using P2051. In order to transmit these values it is suggested that the parameter be read using the PKW part of the message (i.e. by requesting the parameter value in the usual way), rather than using P2051 So basically, you should use PKW to read those parameters Regards Devesh

i want to know parameter value arenot comming or values are not that you want/see in drive if so, then please swap two received words,it may fix your problem
