And I have the communications from the S7 to the TI

and TI to S7:

I looked at the Prosoft manual and I interpret is to say
Offset = This is optional so forget it
Node = It should be 21, the Profibus Slave Address
Area = O for Output
Offset = 50
Items =1
Type = U16 So you are getting two bytes
CLX Tag name = what ever name you have assigned.

So,21,O/50,1,U16,Slv21_Out should be correct
If you are having a problem, it is probably because you have to swap bytes. The most significant byte for Siemens is different from the MSB inAB and TI505
