3 element drum level control in PCS7

Magica Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	Dear experts, I'm new to PCS7.Now I have to realize the 3 element control in Boiler drum level control.Please guide me.If possible,give me some sample programs or some examples. Your advice will be very helpful to me.Thanks in advance. Especially please give me some tips about thecompensation with steam flow.

I'm not shure that it is what you need, but try to read about it the "PCS 7 - Manual for Library" manual. It has a functions that you might need: The three-step element with threshold adaptation (drum level control) Feedforward control and limitation (steam flow compensation) There is a Block Diagram available in the manual so you can study the logic of the block. As for the program example there is a process tag type in the PCS7 Library named STEP_CTRL_Direct - it should be useful, too. By the way, what PCS7 version have you got? ________ P.S. as for me, making your own logic is a hard work.. Best regards!
