I had read that page...in that it mentioned that while inserting a memory card,the cpu changes to STOP mode,but my CPU ststus is already in STOP mode..is it ok.. If possible let me know about any other way to solve the prob what I'm facing... Waiting for ur feedback. Sh@rma.

Jus joking . I don't think any other option is available. Iassume the CPU is locked by mentioning password in the Hardware Configuration. Is this right?

Sh@rma Hello Sh@rma, Once you remove the passord from the CPU, then do not use the same protected program. As TIA Portal will ask for the same password. Now either work on a new project or remove the protection by entering the password once in Hardware configuration.

Sh@rma Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Hii Sir, When i had inserted the empty card in another CPU...the it moves to Stop mode and the Maintanence Led Starts Flashing Continuosly....When i remove the memory card from the CPU..the Maintanence LED stops...And Other prob is..when i created a new program and trying to dowmload the prog..while im going online,it again open the Password protected prog backup and asking the password for download... I think the CPU didnt get Clear properly.... So confused...
