Hi ranjbaba, You can try to uninstall the webnavigator from the Window registry; see the following example of how uninstall the STEP 7-Micro/WIN V4.0 in a situation like yours (maybe, you need to see the english version of this page, because its in spanish ): https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll/14618173?func=ll&objId=23431663&objAction=csView&nodeid0=10805397&lang=es&siteid=cseus&aktprim=0&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW&load=treecontent if you decide follow this way you MUST first make a backup of the windows registry "Start -> All Programs -> Accesories -> Execute -> Type: regedit -> rigth click on the PC icon (the root of the tree) and left click on Export -> save the file with .txt extension avoiding a accidental restoration ( if you need in some moment restore the registry you just need change the extension to .reg )" But, you must be very carefull when erase some key of the windows registry, if you erase the wrong key, of course that you will have a disaster on your system. Therefore, you could prove first, reinstalling again the WinCC v7 SP2 completely and then you can follow the indications of April for upgrading from SP2 to SP3. best regards |
