Panov88 Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have S-7 1214 and Ktp 1000which are connected with Profinet byIM 151-8 PN CPU.I synced date as in the example: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=39182145&caller=view And alarm configuration like here: /tf/WW/en/Posts/60991#top It works good, but sometimes date sync crashes and alarm buffer clears. Is it software or hardware problem? I would appreciate any help. Thanks and regards.

Tweety Posts: 3037 Rating: (192)	Hello, you can do an operating system update with option " Reset to factory settings". See the following FAQ. How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? You can delete the folder "IM" in your project directory. Then you generate your project new. The folder "IM"is produced newly. Now you download the project to the panel. Tweety

Tweety Posts: 3037 Rating: (192)	Hello Panov88, You can download the user administration. You must enable the option "Do you want to overwrite the existing user administration dat of this HMI device?" in the Load preview. That is normal if you use OSupdate with reset to factory setting. Tweety
