All ok. Right-click to delete an FB. Options are: a)delete from project or b) delete from device. I choose delete from project. Still ok. I choose delete from device. Portal crash. Why there is no option to remove from project AND device, I do not know. It is very strange. I suppose you are expected to remove from device then remove from project.

You must erase the FB from the offline program and then download to the device...its the easiest way i think...
