So, it will be easy to open, modify the program by changing or even removing the password. And when you want to download the modified program to CPU, you have to use password "CLEARPLC" which will return the CPU to its factory setting and then redownload your software again. But, If you are not the programmer, then you don't have the application program. Even if you have MICROWIN & PC adapter, you won't be able to upload the program from CPU if the programmer locked this authority. It will ask you always for a password and you did not have it. Let me tell you, it is fair enough. Thus because the client should have a permission from programmer before making any modifications. So, breaking password here in this case is illegal. And if you used here "CLEARPLC", you will erase the software without have a backup on your PC. Hope this helps.
