But after when i want to see value of CH_AI Driver insted of min_rang= 0 and max_range=100 the value of output is in 2560 means that out of range of course qbad=0 and quality=80. how can solve this problem? It is nothing wrong with values from 6ES7 331-7PF00-0AB0 You setupwrong unitsin yourPLCSim for RTD AI (IB512? , IB528?). At least youshould be using IW in PLCSim. Dec

Michal7 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have solved the same problem with another thermometer AI card 6ES7331-7SF00-0AB0. The range in CH_AI block must be set to 0 - 1, then the output value is OK. In your case 25.6 degC (room temperature). But I don't know how to set the limits for indication of BAD value CH_F_HL and CH_F_LL, that are in units [mA]. Even if the temperature is set to -200 degC by the simulator, the quality bitis good. Michal
