Disable Recipe Automatic Download to PLC

DLittlejohn412 Posts: 55 Rating: (1)	Hello All I am trying to prevent automatic download of recipes to the PLC in WinCC Flexible 2008. 1. Created a recipe (AI_CONFIG) using the editor (2 elements only for testing purpose) 2. Created 2 data records. record 1 sets elements to 0 and 100. Record 2 sets 50 and 200 3. Created a recipe display on a screen and linked it to the recipe AI_CONFIG 4. Created 2 IO fields on the screen to test the recipe sending the data to the PLC. As soon as I select a data record, the values it has stored are sent to the PLC tags and their values are updated.- I do not want the values downloaded to the PLC until I use the "To PLC" button. How do I turn off the automatic download?

DLittlejohn412 Posts: 55 Rating: (1)	There must be a bug with WinCC Flexible. The actual values in the PLC do not get updated until I click the 'To PLC" button. The value displayed on the screen with the recipe box displays whatever the recipe selection is, even though the IO field tag is pointed to the PLC...
