WinCE Panels vrs. ActiveX

Simatikero Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello, anyone loaded an ActiveX component on a WinCE HMI Panel? Can't find any instructions, just plain PDFs that say it can be done (but not how!!!) What I am trying to do is to load an Image Capture ActiveX and also to install a WinCE webcam USB driver. This is going to be used to have a live image of the process in one of the panels (don't mind a low resolution) I haven't found anything that says it can't be done. Am I pushing this too far? Coult it really be done? Thanx in advance.

Simatikero Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello Brain, Vision Systems are way too expensive! I have found plenty of PDF documents stating clearly that Siemens HMI (WinCE only) are ActiveX capable. This is the world-famous OPEN PLATAFFORM PROGRAM. What I'm not really sure about is to be able to load a non-Siemens USB WinCE driver. Thanx.
