PLCSIM - KTP1000 communication

But a simulated PLC will not work with a real HMI For more threads search on PLCSIM and Wincc flexible. Regards, Marcjan

You will need to add-on a 3rd party software nettoplcsim on sourceforge, it worths a try, it works good but I never tried to connect HMI to PC because is simpler to simulate panel in winccflex rather to program the panel and debug.
