mak Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi all, i am using CPU317F. I want to log the data of DB's within 1 scan. because my certain data is very critical. & that values gettiing high/low for 1 scan only. Those data i could not able to log in WinCC 6.0 SP4. So iam looking for data logger which logs the event within one cycle scan of CPU. Regards

Dec Gold Expert Joined: 5/19/2006 Last visit: 10/13/2025 Posts: 550 Rating: (107)	Pegaia 2 - Use SFC AR_SEND to send the values as arquives SFB37 AR_SEND is only available with S7-400 . You can use BSEND toemulate an AR_SENDand fool WinCC by adding the required (AR_SEND)header to BSEND packet. Then in WinCC you can use the same Process Controlled Archive as you were using Archive raw tag but use BSEND raw tag.A possible scenario is to read process values every cycle in the PLC (>10ms cycle depend also on the AI channel integration time!) and store them into a circular DB buffer. When you detect a critical condition to log your values you scheduler a BSEND job, format SD_1 based on WinCC documentation for Process Controlled Archive formats and add the AR_SEND header. Use CFC for easy program FB block. In WinCC create BSEND raw tags on the channel connection(check Send/receive raw db and match cres). If you need to fill time stamp in WinCC make a global action on raw tag change andfill DT - UTC.Copy all toan internal Archive Raw tag and configure TagLogging on this tag. I made a small change in FB2 in all lines with "Unit_Current: WORD: = W # 16 # 0103" for this new line "Unit_Current: WORD: = W # 16 # 0003" I get the RAW data in WinCC Tag (V7), but no data is stored in the files concerned. The configuration files are: AR_ID =1 AR_ID-SUB = 1 and AR_ID =1 AR_ID-SUB = 2 What can be the source of the problem?

AR_BSEND.zip application is working very well. Now my question is: Where I can find detailed information about the headers S7RDARHDS and S7RDHDS? Thank you very much. Regards.

It's been some time. Now you can even use WinAC-RTX 2009 that supports AR_SEND. Dec
