Comunication problem with Starter , between Sinamics G120 and HP laptop

lorinve Member Joined: 1/10/2013 Last visit: 7/16/2025 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Software Starter : V4.3.1.5 Sinamics G120C Model : 6SL3210-1KE13-2AB1 Version A04 / V4.5 ; Software HP Laptop: Windows 7 Professional SP 1 32 bits ; I connect the laptop and Sinamics with USB cable , and this is the setting USB port : Acces Point : DEVICE (STARTER , SCOUT) -> USB But when select the "Accesible nodes" , to activate the connectioni have always default . IMPORTANT : Firsti used the previous version of starter V4.2 ,the Sinamics G120C Model : 6SL3210-1KE13-2AB0 Version A02 / V4.4 and my HP leptopand always work . Thank you for your attention

I don't understand what you mean. Can you describe this again, or make a screenshot? General the search for acc. nodesuses both settings (Device and S7Online).

A day, i have riceved aSinamics G120C new Version (Model : 6SL3210-1KE13-2AB1 Version A04 / V4.5 )butmy Starter V4.2 dosen'twork ( no connection possible) , so i have load on my laptop the new version Starter V4.3.1.5, but also is not connection possible .
