I used Microsoft fix it http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/ and Fixed problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled Probaly there wasa problem with Windows installer. Marko Thanks Mako2! This also solved my problem. I also had a problem with installation of HSP for KTP400 Bacis color PN. But when I did this everything runs perfectly Best regards!
