Hi,
i have a S5-155H with CP5431 that by SINEC L2 with a terminal bus connect to a OP47.
thisOP47 programmed by COROS LS-B\Win v2.1.
sometimesscreens of OP47 will be freezed. and we must turn off and turn on panel again. when the OS load on Panel Some setting for Keys on panel must be set, it takes 10 minutes and our process is very important. we can not accept thisdelay in monitoringthat occured by freezing screen.

1- what can causefreezing problem ?
2- can i use WinCC instead of COROS LS-B with another hardware else OP47?
3- how i can migrate COROS LS-B Win v2.1 TO WinCCv6 or v7, is any software for migration?

our plant is in processing mode, i can not risk.

it's already quite a long time ago that I have been working with "good old" COROS LS-B.

1) Freezing problems can be caused if communication doesn't work in a solid way.
You have to look at performance data of connection between COROS LS-B and SINEC L2.
I have been busy looking for a manual which contains this info, but I didn't find something, but I suppose you will have something, if you are working with it.
As far as I remember SINEC L2 wasn't the most efficient way of communication.

Also assume that your plant will already be working for some time, maybe years. So question is, what did you change during last time that causes freezing. Did you add more pictures, variables, e.g.

2)For sure you can use WinCC with a newer hardware. COROS LS-B V2.1 and OP47 - that's already very old. Using WinCC you can't take SINEC L2. But you will haveother possibilities, which are more contemporarily.
