Hi You can use a encoder interface like "RX/TX Converter" by EPC encoder products company. This device converts TTL to VCC (up 24Vdc) or VCC to TTL

If i understood you correct, i think when you connect 1.5 kOhm resistor asserial connectionso you can solve your problem. |
