Vishal Parmar Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	THE FAULT F0001 IS CONTIOUSLY COMES ON 18.5 KW MM440 DRIVE,RESET THE FAULT FROM BOP BUT PROBLEM REMAIN SAME .IT MAINPOWER IS OFF AFETR SOME TIME ON THE POWER BUT SAME FAULT COMES DURING THIS,THE MOTOR IS NOT RUN,CHECK THE RESISTANCE OF MOTOR BUT IT'S REISTANCE IS BALANCED.WHAT IS THE ACTUAL PROBLEM OCCUR IN THIS DRIVE.

Code F0001 OVERCURRENT Cause: - Short circuit on output - Earth fault - Motor too large - Output stage faulty Diagnostics and elimination Check the following: - That they have not exceeded the limits of cable length - That the motor cable and motor must have no short circuits or earth faults - Motor parameters must match the motor used - The value of the stator resistance (P0350) must be correct - Motor must not be obstructed or overloaded - Increase the ramp time - Reduce the boost current - Connect a smaller motor

Take a look how the problem has solved there - nulizhang Hi, everyone I think it should not have F0001 after Factory reset when MM440 is in good condition I am sure my motor is good, and I have test more than 5 sets of MM440/MM430 after Factory reset and w/o motor connection, You should be able to start Fan running by BOP w/o any Fault. as I thought there must be something wrong with CPU card, so I searched and found in the Forum the post as following: /tf/WW/en/Posts/10618 as I metioned my MM440 isnot a newone. So I disconnected all connectors from CPU card to base board and connected again-----> the controller(my MM440) is OK now!! thanks for all of help from forum! Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

If still F0001 occurs it is VFD internal fault (like IGBT fail etc) 2. If no F0001 then something wrong with either motor or cables... etc as mentioned in other replies 3. If step 2 IR values are fine it could be as per UMENCHO's reply. Regards, Vijay

John 1595 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	please try to change the control card and again check the drive. if the problem is solved please check the parameter P0010 =1 if it shows 2 then the controll card is not supportable .the version of the card is different. if the problem arises again please change the output opto coupler.
