gogycro Posts: 61 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, first, can you recommend me some guide for analog signals in PLC, where I can read about it , how it work, blocks, etc. I know how it works in theory but how it works in PLC that is little unknown to me. I'm working on project for one pump station. I have to measure current that flow thru main circuit breaker and liquid status ( how much water is in tank ). In electric diagram everything is connected I just need to write program/networks for it. My problem is that I don't know what block to use, how to realize this, so can someone just give me directions. Best regards, G.P.

For analog Outputs you have to use FC106 (Unscale Function). I am also begginer but i will help u getting over it. First go to simulation module.Select MPISIM option on PLCSIM Now go to hardware in Step 7. Create hardware but dont forget that i/po/p module mut be incorporated in module and hardware address must match with the address with the program example PIW 320 in program then select address in AI in hardware as 320 and same for o/p. compile and download hardware .Download step 7 program now in PLCSim select i/p write PIW320 select decimal see that same is reflected in program. scan time will be slow but dont worry
