Hello Saeed; The best source of information on the S7-400 hardware (excluding the CPUs) is this manual: S7-400 module data Based on the attached tables, you would need a IM 460-3/IM 461-3 pair to connect your remote rack more than 5 m. Another option of course would be Profibus-DP, using a IM-153-1 or -2 as a Profibus-DP slave with S7-300 analog modules. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

I have Simatic 400 analog modules.It means there is just one option available IM460-3? |

No, you can use 460-4+461-4 also, but what for? Dont forget to order interface cable and termination element. |
