All LED,s of 414-4H slave continously flashing

Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Import of a new question of the User Hussain Ali Hussain Ali I was called by a client who told me that all the LED,s of the slave CPU (414-4H) started flashing when the control was shifted from the master to the slave automatically. But there were no errors found in the Hardware diagnostic buffers of either CPU. The flashing stopped when I asked him to restart the slave (By removing the power and turning on the controller again). Later the system switched perfectly, manually, with the help of the dip switches available on the CPU,s. Both the CPU,s have the same order no. i.e. 6ES7 414-4HJ04-0AB0 V4.0.4 What can be the possibilities of such unusual behaviour? What should be done if it happens again? Could there be a need for a firmware update? If so, what should be the update version?

I replaced the CPU,with downgraded FW as customer doesn't want to disturb the running CPU. In your case, as it went ON again normal, FW upgradation may help, but as you might be aware, both CPUs shall be of same version Regards, Vijay

So i replaced the CPU and Re-prorammed. Now System is working normally..And SRAM is used in it..FW is same for both of CPUs.
