Well, your motor will definitely not burnt until your output phase is missing

3 Phase supply is converted into DC first, sodrive only requiredinput power sufficient to maintain DC link

Output supply is converted from this DC link

So what happen when one of the input phase is missing?
1) - if your Load is low compare to Drive rating, it will not affect DC link, so that means your drive will run as normal even if Input phase is lost
2) - if Load is high, motor will draw more power from DC link and to maintain DC link, Drive needs more power from input - Now if this is enough from two phase, drive will continue to work other wise your DC voltage will be lower and if it reaches certain limit, drive will trip on Under voltage fault

In any case, your motor is safe, because there is NO relation with Input phase and output phase.

Regarding drive tripping, Phase loss detection is enabled by default in Frame Size FX and GX - for lower, it is not enabled

If you still concerned about motor protection, let me tell you, in case your one of the output phase is lose, your drive will trip immediately on Output fault (F023)

One of my customer has taken trial for this by connecting lamp load to output in 2 phases and drive tripped on F023

Now- as per your explanation, does it mean that i can run drive on 2 phase also? if my load is say 50% of drive rating? - if yes, then this means power saving right?
