Interrupt response time of FM350-1

I set the CMP_V1 in order to trigger a hardware interrupt in OB40.The question is what's the interrupt response time of FM350-1, which I couldn't find in manual. And what's total time of this type of interrupt response? Thank you.

According to the manual "CPU 31xC and CPU 31x: Technical specifications", for FM350-1, the hardware interrupt response time is based on following time factors: 1) Hardware interrupt response time of CPU 314C-2 PN/DP: 0.5 ms, 2) Maximum interrupt response time with communication: 200 μs + 1000 μs x 20% = 400 μs = 0.4 ms 3) The hardware interrupt response time of the FM350-1, almost 0.1 ms, 4)Nothing PROFIBUS DP orPROFINET IO update times for , the sum of interrupt time is 0.5+0.4+ 0.1 = 1ms Is this calculation of interrupt time right?
