MP377 reset factory

saharmalmir Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Hi I have a problem with MP377. this paneldoes not load it's opearting system when It is turned on.I'm working with PROsave software but there is not " reset factory" option in PROSave when I connect the panel to the PC. what is the reason? Thanks

Thanks Prosave can perform factory reset for SIMATIC Panels using OS update menu. What do you meant by the panel do not load its operating system? It should come from Siemens with operating system. And if not, you have to send it back to Siemens. Updating OS do not means that you can install OS to the SIMATIC Panel (Windows CE Panels). In the following FAQ, a detailed instructions for resetting the MP377 to factory setting. What settings do you have to make on an MP 377 to reset the operator panel to the factory settings? Hello saharmalmir, Please follow the instructions in the follwoing FAQ to download the project using ethernet. How can you transfer a WinCC flexible project via Ethernet to a Windows-based panel? Hope this helps.
