I cannot find a complete parameter data block on the sample program included on the Siwarex U CD. I am using siwarex M and I will upgrade it to Siwarex U2 so I need to get the exact addresses of the parameters. Thank you very much. I am hoping for your soonest response. cyborg

ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Hi Cyborg, the Siwarx U 2 is not really an upgrade from the Siwarex M If you need dosing function the Siwarex FTA would be the module to replace the Siwarex M. Anyway, If you have a "new" Siwarex U order no. 7MH4950, the the "Getting Started" project that Ammy recommended is the thing you need. If you have an "old" Siwarex U order no. 7MH4601 the it would be a little more complicated. If this is the case please drop a short mesage and I will try to explain a little. Regards ABenno

I am also looking for the coarse and fine bit on the program which I cannot find. It is giving me a headache actually. I thought it was just like the siwarex M which I used a week ago. ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Hy Cyborg, as I already told you twice, the substitute of the Siwarex M is the Siwarex FTA. Here you will find all the functions that you know from the Siwarex M and more. Also the handling is similar to the Siwarex M. The Siwarex U is a very simple weighing module, without ANY dosing functions. You just get the weight and some status signals, that's it. Regards ABenno

Please help me. Thanks Hello Daniel Cyborg, Normally Coarse & Fine bit you have to Generate from your Program using Comparision, this Bit is not Generated by the Siwarex it self.

Will there be a problem if I mix up the siwa-M and the Siwa-U? Because I have a siwarex M on my system and my plan was to add another weigher and so I bought the siwarex U2. and therefore removing the siwarex M because the siwarex U2 has two channels. But now I may end up using both the Siwa-M and the Siwa-U. I can't remove the siwarex-M because it will do a major reprogramming. Anyway, I know this can be solved. Thank you guys.
