Hello cotch; We appreciate you efforts to write in English, but for our better understanding of your problems it would be preferable that you try using an electronic translator such as Google Translate. To help you better, we need to know what CPU you are using, what programming software is used in the project, and what Safety package (such as S7-Distributed Safety) has been implemented for the safety application. Passivation is specific to Safety I/O modules. It happens when a Safety I/O module detects a safety fault; it then removes itself from the safety program, until it is re-integrated by special functions in the PLC. This is called depassivation. F-I/O / channel faults or communication errors lead to passivation of the corresponding FI/O or F-I/O channels and the F-CPU does not go into STOP. Once faults are eliminated, the F-I/O or channels of the F-I/O must be reintegrated (depassivation). Reintegration (switchover from fail-safe values to process data) occurs automatically or, alternatively, after mandatory acknowledgment by the user.
