s7-300 with cm ptp (137-6aa00-0ba0) act as a modbus master

I using FB640 and FB641 show in this website. http://support.automation.siemens.com/US/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&objId=75226762&nodeid0=67638118&load=content&lang=en&siteid=cseus&aktprim=0&objaction=csview&extranet=standard&viewreg=US I search the online but it only show using s7-1500 as show below, is it any example using s7-300? http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=68202723&caller=view Please help! Is there any example of this CM PtP used in Step 7 v5.5 project, on S7-300 CPU. We have to order this module, since all our IO modules are ET200Sp, and also it seams it is the cheapest solution for Modbus communication. Are there any limitations, or any other licences that we need to order for Modbus Master function?
