I'm using the Step7 Basic V13 SP1 Upd1, a have created the project with CPU1212C V4.0, hmi KP300. Project was uploaded do the devices with no problems. Some day during uploading new version of CPU project an error occurred. The PLC can't be reached. I can't go to online - PLC is incompatible. In Accessible devices I can find the PLC and HMI. In PLC's Online & diagnostic I can change the IP and the name, but I can't see any device information (type, firmware version). There is no problem with HMI. I tried to connect with different sample of PLC - the same problem I have observed.

If you have updated your CPU with a new version of firmware or transfer a program with an new version of CPU, remove the MMC card and try again.

The is no MMC card and I have no change the firmware version. It seems like the PLC is not a PLC or the PLC is no supported by Step7 V13. It is strange because it worked OK.

It is possible that it is concerning with License Key? I have lost my license key and had to pass a recovery procedure. The problem occurred after this. But I have no problems with project editing.

Have you enable webserver acces in CPU parameters ?

If yes, did you try to access to the CPU using an web browser ?

The reason of my trouble was the network protocol called SIMATIC industrial Ethernet (ISO). It didn't work. Reinstaliing of the Tia Portal not solved my problem. Only reinsltall of Win7 bring the solution.
