in my program and when i am looking for local variable , can't find any function requir these variable ,

like the attach photo . 

 variable is  #S.ARR

It is a Static variable and it means it does not have any cross-reference. Can you please tell us what version of SIMATIC Manager you're using?

Check for local connections within the FB. It might be activated by some other conditions in previous networks.

  there aren't any conditions in previous networks. i checked .

no change , i checked all networks .and there aren't any activate of these variable .

 i can't understand who SET  these variable .

Would you mind showing the whole declaration? 
* Is the "#S" a structure of bits?
* Is #S.ARR declared as a STAT variable? (edit: yes it is)

Just because #S.ARR is used within the FB does not mean it is not used elsewhere as a "global" call.

Now let us assume that DB10 is linked to FB10..
Then anywhere in the program you can use DB10.S.ARR as if using M10.0.

Do a global cross-reference looking where "DB10" calls are used.

Checked the project and

the S.APR structure is not accessed anywhere for WRITING

BUT

The instance data of FB10 (DB10) is accessed from other blocks.

this is VERY BAD METHOD OF PROGRAMMING - instance data shall be PRIVATE

and not used anywhere else in the program. Moreover, all calls to interface (instance data)

shall be done via interface i.e. accesses like #S.APR NOT by explicit call to DB like DB10.S.APR.

The accesses to DB10 (instance block used by FB10) are in:

FB9,

FB10 (argument "DI_GEN".E.REM which should be changed to E.REM),

FB11,

FB12,

FB17,

FB40.

The E structure is accessed by many blocks too (local/remote/...)

FB should communicate to outside world via

- its interface (INs/OUTs/INOUT)

- global variables (things global to the program, for example constants, always on.off,

   global tick count, PLC running time processed elsewhere, etc.)
