I believe that TSEND_C and TRCV_C will not work with UDP (they only work with TCP / ISO).

To use UDP you have to use the TUSEND and TURCV blocks.

Today I used TUSEND and TURCV for establishing the UDP connection and it worked

It seems in TIA Portal V14, UDP is possible with TSEND_C and TRCV_C.

I used a "TCON_IP_v4" tag on the CONNECT input and a "TADDR_Param" Data block on the ADDR input on both the TSEND_C and TRCV_C blocks.

In the "TCON_IP_v4" you can set the UDP mode and local port. In the "TADDR_Param" you can set the remote IP address and port number.
