[edit] In V14, it was resolved by manually installing V14 Upd1 from this location I have the same problem, but only in V14. Since I have installed TIA Portal V14, next to the existing V13 installation, the TIA Software Updater doesn't work anymore. It keeps saying "Checking for updates...". In the attached screenshots you can see the different behaviour of the Updater in V13 and the updater after having installed V14. I ran the Software Updater after having installed V14, and it keeps saying Checking for updates...". When I switch to the Support packages tab, a yellow icon with an "i" appears next to the Software tab, but no additional information is given. I then copied the Software Updater from a computer with V13 installed to my own Field PG (so I replaced the V14 Software Updater) and that one works fine. It tells me my software is up to date, for both the Software and the Support packages. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue with the V14 Software Updater? Thanks in advance :)
