Simulate pulses in the HSC 1 input in the PLCSIM v13?

Is it possible to simulate pulses in the HSC 1 input in the PLCSIM v13?

I'd like to simulate pulses of an encoder, then I would use frequency function in the CTRL_HSC and convert it to some speed unit. (m/min for example)

I want to use clock memory byte to pulse a 10 hz frequency in the HSC 1

Physically HSC_1 is configured to %I0.0 input

In the program I need to use %ID1000 (hardware identifier 257)

How to pulse in the HSC+input using PLCSIM? 

Shold I use the Adress: %0.0 ?       ID1000 ?         ID1003.0 (LSB)?

If I can pulse using PLCSIM, i will move the value loaded in "NEW_PERIOD" 

convert to real an then make the convertion to speed.
