I have a problem with TIA Updater. (V13 SP1)

After installing SP1, TIA Updater can not connect to the server (see picture).

Any ideas?

I am having same problem as well.

it keeps asking for a proxy username and password.

do you start to get this problem after install de SP1 or did you update the Windows to Win10?

Because for me it works fine after SP1 intalled, but not after update to Win 10....
