I have an old version of Simocode program backups which have an extension like (.smc). But i couldnt open these files using Simocode ES Premium 2007 software.

Is there a way to convert these files to required format (.sdp or .sdt) or do you have another suggestions to open these files?

the Converter should be installed with the SIMOCODE ES 2007.

Look in the Startmenu "SIRIUS Engineering -> AddOn" for the Win-Simocode-DP Converter.

Hi,

the SMC file was for SIMOCODE-DP 3UF5. WIth the Win-SIMOCODE-DP-Converter which comes along with SIMOCODE ES 2007 installation it is possible to convert the SIMOCODE-DP parameterization file to a SIMOCODE pro 3UF7 parameterization file (SDP).

You can find the Win-SIMOCODE-DP Converter at Windows Program Menu -> Siemens Automation -> SIRIUS Engineering -> Add On

Thanks for your reply. I tried to convert .smc file to .sdp file. But I had the following fault message:

Implicit data changes (13::0063)

Implicit data changes are too extensive and were aborted.

What should i do ?
