Sinumerik HMI, can't view the data

It is being realized retrofit of a machine, which already updated the NCU and we are updating the HMI in which it replaced one MMC103 by a PCU 50.5 - C, for the upgrade are working with the software versions mentioned above and we find these problems, we can not view the data in the appropriate screens to timer, counters and program selection.

In the help HMI pro was to revised data bar of DB59, to activate the corresponding DB counters , timer and type of selection to display its contents and there are no results, we have exhausted all possible options for viewing data in cells, and we believe that this missing some initial configuration or some more structured problem to be solved otherwise
