[snip] Another question; is it possible to connect os reference to AS directly with cp1623, or is reference will get data from os base? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi Rozen, You can configure two single stations as master and standby. In runtime, when one server fails, the other one will take over and you still have visualization. In order to do this, you have to configure one single station with: "WinCC Application". The other station is configured as "WinCC Application (Standby). On the OS properties of the standby server, you can set the target computer and also set the master server. In this case, you can configure the master server and the standby is just a copy of it. You have to do some more work like redundancy settings. I have a few links, where everything is explained further. In the PC configuration document, you can see which solutions there are with Single Stations. Engineering Station (V8.1 SP1) |
