Display Integer giving me hash

I am putting an integer and wants to display on HMI but it is giving me hash. I already check the size which is good.

are there any other values from the PLC that are displayed correctly?

If not I'd guess it's a communication problem.

I am adding the screen to my HMI program and same integer is working on other screen I copy it paste it on new screen and rebuild HMI then trying to run it still giving me Hash signs.

If it is a communication problem then any idea what it could be?

if the screen you are copying from (and where it shows up correctly) is in the same project as the faulty one it's no communication problem.

Maybe it's a compilation problem.

Please try the following:

• Delete the "IM" Folder in the project folder of your project in the Windows Explorer.
• Afterwards open your project and right click on your HMI device in the project tree. Then click "Compile > Software (rebuild all)" in the context menu. (A new "IM" folder appears in the project folder.)
• Test your HMI (in simulation or on the panel - it show the same in the I/O filed).

You're not talking about faceplates, are you? Just normal screens?
