To Whom It May Concern, I am trying to program a G120C, model # 6SL3210-1KE15-8UF1 for a Siemens motor 1LA7-073-4AB which operates at 60Hz, 0.97A, 0.37kW, 460V Y and 1695 rpm. I have followed every instruction, attempting to program the G120C with a BOP-2 both manually and with the starter software. However, everytime I try to start the motor for the first time, I get two alarms and a faults. The alarms are A7991 - Motor Data Identification and A8526 - No cyclic Connection. The Fault is F07900 - Motor blocked. I know the motor is bot blocked because I have three separate motors with three separate G120C, and each one gives me the same Fault, so I assume it a porgramming issue. Plus my vendor who previously had the motors turning with a different VFD, has told me that the motors turned freely below the power requirements of the motors. As previously eluded to, I have set all the parameters in the G120C. Other than the basic parameters such as voltage, current, power, etc, the parameters I am not sure if I have set properly are P1900 and P2003. For P1900, when setting to anything but "0" for inhibit, I get the Faults when trying to initate the motor. When P1900 is set to "0", I don't get the faults, but the motor does not turn. Basically all I see is an increase in voltage but with no current. For P2003, I'm just not sure if I am supposed to change this. I have tried to change it to the Torque rating of the motor, but it does not seem to make a difference. Can you please help! I just want to operate the motor manually with no additional controls. This should be easy but for some reason I am unable to initiate the motor ID and eventually turn the motor.
